Tasting

Beautiful dark purple robe, deep, bright and shining.

Pleasant, rich and delicate nose, intense with elegant aromas of cooked red and black fruits.

Pleasant mouth, aromas of cooked red fruits with supple and mellow tannins, spicy finish. The aromas are very tasteful and burst in mouth. Splendid and harmonious wine, long on the palate, with spicy touches.

A wine to be enjoyed in all seasons, slightly cool, which will match white or red meat grilled or en sauce, as well as with delicatessen.

Tasting

Beautiful shining and intense crimson robe.

Pleasant nose with elegant aromas of small red fruits and touches of liquorice and pepper. 

Nice attack in mouth where this wine appears fresh with mellow and sweet tannins. Elegant aromas of cooked small fruit. Floral touches can be noticed from the beginning. A beautiful and well-structured wine with complex aromas.

A well-balanced wine which will display its qualities with red meat and cheese.

Red Côtes du Rhône Villages

Cuvée de l’Ecu

Grape-variety :

syrah       95%

Maturing :  Traditional vinification with

                    semi-carbonic maceration,

                    maturing in oak barrels.

  

Evolution :  to be enjoyed as early as one

                     year, reaches its maturity 3

                    to 5 years after bottling.

Tasting

Shining ruby robe with purple glints.

Beautiful dense nose where aromas of violet, spices, fresh fruit and fruit of the undergrowth can be noticed.

During the attack in mouth tannins are noticeable but not agressive. The aromas bloom with touches of truffles, garrigue and small black and red fruits. A touch of softness can be noticed in the finish. 

A wine for celebrations to be enjoyed with meat en sauce, game, and also with a cheeseboard.

White Côtes du Rhône Villages 

Blanc de blancs

Grape-variety :

clairette

roussane

marsanne

grenache blanc

Maturing :  Traditional vinification.

  

Evolution :  to be enjoyed now, reaches

                    its maturity 3 to 5 years after

                    bottling.

Tasting

Very beautiful and shining golden yellow robe with nice glints.

Fresh and pleasant nose where aromas of fruit prevail (lemon, grapefruit) and white flowers.

Frank and pleasant attack in mouth with a good intensity. One discovers aromas of white flowers, honey and an exotic touch which explode twice in mouth. Pleasant wine with much charm. 

A very large range of dishes can be enjoyed with this wine : fish, white meat, poultry and goat cheese.

Vieux Marc

Grape-variety :

 

marc du Grand Moulas

Maturing :  Matured in oak barrels where

                    it gets its natural colour and

                    roundness, then bottled after

                    ten years.

  

Evolution :  to be drunk now.

Tasting

Nice amber-coloured robe, bright clarity. 

The nose displays noble aromas of crystallized orange and raisins. 

The mouth is supple and silky. Slight touch of alcohol. We find in mouth the same aromas as in the nose (raisins, orange and crystallized grapefruit). 

A pleasure you can’t resist after a good meal, and for connoisseurs, superb with cigar.
